Do you ship your prints to the UK? Australia, New Zealand? Canada? European Union?
Yes! While I'm located in the U.S., I offer worldwide shipping. Customers in the UK and throughout the European Union will receive their prints from my distributor in the UK. Australia and New Zealand customers will receive their prints from my Australian distributor. Canadian, U.S., and all other global customers will receive prints from my U.S. location.

How long will it take to receive my prints?
All of my prints are made to order and ship within 2-5 days. All prints are shipped via USPS or FedEx for customers in the U.S., Canada, and countries outside of the EU. In the UK and EU, prints are shipped via Royal Mail. Australia and New Zealand customers will receive their prints via Australian Post. If you need your prints in a hurry, I recommend purchasing the printable option for my art and printing at home or with a local print service.
What is your return policy?
All shipped prints are made to order and returns cannot be accepted under most circumstances. Refunds or exchanges are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you receive your prints in a damaged or defective condition, please snap a photo and email it to me at Jenny [at] thecrownprints [dot] com. Due to the nature of instant delivery of digital files, refunds cannot be issued. I want you to be completely satisified with your purchase, so if you have any problems or need assistance with your order, please contact me and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Who are you?
I'm Jenny Kun - I live in the seacoast area of New Hampshire, USA with my husband, two kids and puppy. While my background is in music, I discovered my love for all things art, graphic design and photography shortly after college. In addition to working as a pianist, I've worked as a web developer, designer, print designer at a magazine, freelance graphic designer over the years. I love all things creative!
