Nations Photo Lab
Nations Photo Lab has a great reputation for quality photo / art prints and quick fulfillment. They're located in Maryland, USA. They have an easy online interface for uploading files

For standard art prints, I recommend selecting their lustre finish prints: Lustre Prints. Prices (as of September 2018) are just $1.01 for 5x7" prints, $2.24 for 8x10" prints, $21.85 for 18x24" prints. There are tons more sizes to choose from. You can also get your prints mounted for a small additional fee for extra strength.
